Merlin, born as a girl, felt from childhood that he was trapped in the wrong gender. However, it took immense courage and determination for Merlin to transition and embrace his identity as a transman. With unwavering support from his mother and acceptance from the rest of his family, Merlin is now proud of his gender identity. He has become an inspiration to younger people struggling with their identities, offering guidance on navigating the transition process. His grandmother, living on the outskirts of Ratnagiri, fondly recalls with a chuckle, “I've always called him Raja Bhau (Raja Bro) since his childhood!”
